Rezime:
Vozači koji imaju agresivni potencijal i koji su pravosnažno osuđeni mogu da izgube pravo za upravljanje motornim vozilom. Anti agresivna terapija je efikasan način za obuku agresivnih osoba da se kontrolišu. Cilj te terapije nije samo povećanje nivoa bezbednosti saobraćaja nego i svih građana. Terapiju mogu narediti sudije u sudskom procesu zbog agresivnosti, kako bi se ublažila kazna i kao uslov da se ne izrekne zatvorska kazna. U radu je predstavljena metodologija funkcionisanja Anti agresivne terapije.

Abstract:
Drivers who have aggressive potential and are convicted for traffic violation can lose their right to drive motor vehicles. Anti-aggressive therapy is efficient way to educate aggressive persons to control themself. The goal of this therapy is not only to increase road safely, but to increase safety of all citizens. Anti-aggressive therapy can be ordered by judges during the court process because of aggressiveness, in order to mitigate the punishment and to avoid jail punishment. In this paper, methodology of Anti-aggressive therapy is presented.
