Rezime: U radu je prikazan pregled dela aktivnosti Službe kontrole bezbednosti saobraćaja na prevenciji saobraćajnih nezgoda u Javnom komunalnom Preduzeću ‘’Beogradski vodovod i kanalizacija’’. Ovaj deo aktivnosti je usmeren ka isključenju vozača iz saobraćaja koji voze pod dejstvom psihoaktivnih supstanci. Dosadašnje kontrole su se odnosile samo na alkotestiranje vozača, a nakon nabavke aparata za otkrivanje prisustva psihoaktivnih supstanci, realizuje se i ova vrsta kontrole. Ovaj aparat radi na principu uzimanja uzorka iz usne duplje i otkriva prisustvo šest vrsta psihoaktivnih supstanci korišćenih u zadnjih 24 časa. Ovakva kontrola ima za cilj preventivno delovanje, u skladu sa stavom Preduzeća, da se osobi koja je pod dejstvom psihoaktivnih supstanci ne dozvoli upravljanje vozilom Preduzeća. Realizacija ovih kontrola pozitivno utiče na svest zaposlenih o stvarnim rizicima u drumskom saobraćaju, čime se unapređuje sistem strateškog upravljanja bezbednošću saobraćaja.Strateška dokumenta, upravljanje, kontrola, prevencija, psihoaktivne supstance

Abstract: This paper presents a survey of part of the activities of the Control Service for Traffic Safety on the prevention of accidents in public utility companies’’ Belgrade Waterworks and Sewerage’’. This part of the activity is based on the elimination of traffic from drivers who drive under the influence of psychoactive substances. Previous control applies only to alcohol testing of drivers, and after purchasing apparatus for detecting the presence of psychoactive substances, began with the implementation of this kind of control. This device works on the principle of taking samples from the oral cavity and revealed the presence of six types of psychoactive substances used in the last 24 hours. Such control is aimed as preventive action, in accordance with the position of the company to a person who is under the influence of psychoactive substances does not allow to use the vehicle of the Company. Implementation of these controls has a positive effect on employee awareness of the real risks in road traffic, which is also improving the system of strategic traffic safety management.
