Rezime:
U radu su analizirani podaci o saobraćajnim nezgodama i njihovim posledicama na području opštine Palilula, u okviru koje je i deonica Zrenjaninskog puta: Krnjača – Borča, dobijeni od Ministarstva unutrašnjih poslova Republike Srbije. Na osnovu analize tih podataka izvršeno je anketno istraživanje o subjektivnom riziku na uzorku različitih kategorija učesnika u saobraćaju na toj konkretnoj deonici, sa posebnim akcentom na stavove i znanja učesnika. Takođe su snimljeni elementi objektivnog rizika i najčešći propusti učesnika na toj deonoci, kao i analiza mera koje su već primenjene na posmatranoj deonici. Na osnovu sagledanih statističkih podataka, subjektivnog i objektivnog rizika, opaženih propusta i efekata već preduzetih mera, u radu je definisan i predlog mera za unapređenje bezbednosti saobraćaja na posmatranoj deonici.

Abstract:
This paper summarizes data on road accidents and their consequences in the municipality Palilula, where is a section of Zrenjanin road: Krnjaca – Borca, delivered from the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Serbia. Based on analysis from given data, survey of the subjective risk was performed on a different categories of participants, on that particular section, with special emphasis on the attitudes and knowledge of participants. They also recorded the objective elements of risk and most common omissions of participants in that section, as well as analysis of the measures that have been applied to the observed section. Based on analyzed statistical data, both subjective and objective risk, observed omissions and the effects of measures already taken in this paper is defined and proposed measures to improve traffic safety in the observed section.
