Резиме:
Proces dobijanja vozačke dozvole, uključujući obuku, treba da stvori vozače koji su bezbedni učesnici u saobraćaju, a ne samo tehnički sposobni. Osnova za to je način obuke koji uključuje povećanje svesti novih vozača o ograničenjima i opasnostima koje prate vožnju. Ovo bi bio novi razvoj u poređenju sa trenutnom situacijom, gde se veći deo obuke vožnje u osnovi fokusira na kontrolu nad vozilom i primenu saobraćajnih pravila. Cilj ovog istraživanja jeste da se utvrde ključni problemi sa aspekta bezbednosti saobraćaja vezani za obuku vozača u auto- kolama na području grada Čačka. Na osnovu statističkog prikaza i analiza izvršenih saobraćajnih prekršaja i nezgoda novih vozača, utvrđena je eventualna zavisnost između obuke koju su lica završila u određenim auto-školama i njihovog ponašanja u saobraćaju. U ovoj studiji korišćen je metod ankete, zatvorenog tipa i statistički metod. Ispitanici su birani metodom slučajnog uzorka. Ispitivanje kandidata i instruktora je vršeno u prostorijama auto-škola, fakulteta gde se organizuje teorijski deo ispita i na poligonima gde se izvodi praktični deo vozačkog ispita. Analizom vozača, polaznika istraživanih auto škola ustanovljen je model po kome se direktno može proveravati efikasnost, produktivnost, način rada auto-škola na globalnom nivou.

Abstract:
Process of acquirring the drivers license, including drivers training, is supposed to produce safe traffic participants, not only technically capable. Basis for that is the way of training which includes rising the awareness of new drivers on limits and dangers which are present when driving. This would be a new development in opose to the current situation, in which the most of the time is dedicated to the driving technique and to the implementation of the traffic rules. Purpose of this research is to determine key problems in drivers training in driver schools in the City of Cacak from the aspect of trafic safety. Based on the statistical review and on the analisys of traffic violations and traffic accidents of new drivers, the link between the school in which the drivers did their training and their behavior in traffic is established. Statistical method and survey method were used in this paper. The respondents were picked by the random sampling method. Questioning of driver candidates and instructors was conducted in driver schools where the teoretical part of exam has been conducted and on the polygon where the practical part of the exam has been conducted. By analizing the drivers which were training in researched driver schools the model by which the efficiency, productivity and the way of training could be audited is established.
