Rezime:
Donošenjem i preduzimanjem specifičnih mera kojima se sprečava nastanak saobraćajnih nezgoda ili smanjuje težina njihovih posledica, dovodi do redukcije broja povređenih i nastradalih. Specifične mere moraju biti zasnovane na čvrstim dokazima i analizi povreda u drumskom saobraćaju i da budu predviđene Nacionalnom Strategijom bezbednosti saobraćaja jedne države, kako bi se njihovom implementacijom smanjio broj povreda nastalih usled sudara dva vozila. Cilj rada je da se kroz uporednu analizu relevantnih faktora rizika i najučestalijih povreda izdvoje faktori sa najviše impakta na žrtve saobraćajnih nezgoda, te da se predlože adekvatne mere smanjenja težine povreda, kao i jačanje tehničke konstrukcije vozila i redizajn vozila.

Abstract:
By adopting and taking specific measures to prevent the occurrence of accidents or reduce the severity of their consequences, leading to a reduction in the number of injuries and casualties. Specific measures must be based on solid evidence and analysis of road traffic injuries, and to be taken into consideration for National Road Safety Strategy, in order to be implemented to reduce the number of injuries resulting from a collision of two vehicles. The aim is to use comparative analysis of relevant risk factors and the most common injuries in order to isolate factors with the greatest impact on victims of traffic accidents, and to propose appropriate measures to reduce the severity of injuries, as well as strengthening the technical construction vehicles and redesigning of the vehicle.
