Rezime:
Radom se problematizuje saradnja policije i Javnog komunalnog preduzeća Parking servis Beograd (JKP PS) na zadacima uklanjanja nepropisno parkiranih vozila sa pešačkih prelaza i raskrsnica (Zakon o bezbednosti saobraćaja na putevima, čl. 66, stav 1, tačka 1 i 3) na teritoriji Grada Beograda tokom 2014. godine. Predmet rada predstavlja istraživanje sezonskog varijabiliteta navedenih zadataka, odnosno utvrđivanja (ne)postojanja pojačanog („živa“ sezona), srednjeg ili smanjenog („mrtva“ sezona) intenziteta radnih aktivnosti policije i parking servisa povodom njih. Cilj istraživanja je optimizacija upravljanja ljudskim i materijalnim resursima policije i parking servisa, kroz valjanije utvrđivanje režima rada i odmora, odnosno održavanja tehničkih sredstava. Imajući to u vidu, radom je proverena i potvrđena hipoteza koja glasi da u obavljanju poslova bezbednosti saobraćaja postoji sezonski varijabilitet u domenu uklanjanja nepropisno parkiranih vozila sa pešačkih prelaza i raskrsnica.

Abstract:
The work tackles the cooperation of the police and the Public Utility Company Parking Service Belgrade (PUC PS) on the tasks of removing improperly parked vehicles with pedestrian crossings and intersection (Law on Road Traffic Safety, art. 66, para 1, item 1 and 3) in the City Belgrade in 2014. This research is exploring the seasonal variability of the above tasks, ie determining the (non) existence of enhanced ("live" season), medium or reduced ("dead" season) the intensity of work of police and parking services in respect of them. The aim of the research is to optimize the management of human and material resources of the police and parking services, the more valid the determination of the regime of work and rest, or maintenance of technical equipment. With this in mind, by this research has been checked and confirmed the hypothesis which states that in the performance of traffic safety there is seasonal variability in the domain of removing improperly parked vehicles with pedestrian crossings and intersection.
