Rezime: Na severu Kosova i Metohije (KiM) i u srpskim enklavama, Srbi i građani neal-banske nacionalnosti susreću se sa problemima korišćenja i izdavanja ličnih dokume-nata, uključujući i dokumenta za vozače i vozila. U težem položaju su Srbi iz enklava, koji su primorani da koriste kosovska dokumenta. Mali broj Srba prihvata da obuku za vozače i polaganje vozačkog ispita obavlja po kosovskom zakonu, iz razloga što se vozačka dozvola izdaje u državi koju oni i država Srbija ne priznaju i što se samim tim ne može koristiti u Srbiji. U ovom radu prikazano je postojeće stanje u realizaciji obuke za vozače i polaganju vozačkog ispita za srpsko stanovništvo na teritoriji južne srpske pokrajine i dati su konkretni predlozi za prevazilaženje tog stanja.

Abstract: In the north of Kosovo and Metohija (KiM) and in Serbian enclaves, Serbs and non-Albanian citizens face the problems of use and issuance of identity documents, including documents of drivers and vehicles. In a more difficult position are Serbs from the enclaves, which are forced to use the documents of Kosovo. A small number of Serbs accepts that training for drivers and driving tests performs by the law of Kosovo, because the driving license is issued in the state that they and the state of Serbia do not recognize and which therefore can not be used in Serbia. This paper describes the current situation in the implementation of training for drivers and passing the driving test for the Serbian population in the territory of the southern Serbian province and given concrete proposals to overcome this condition.
