UPOREDNA ANALIZA UGROŽENOSTI MLADIH VOZAČA U SRBIJI I ZEMLJAMA EVROPSKE UNIJE

Rezime: Mladi do 25 godina čine desetinu stanovništva u svetu. Međutim, posmatrano prema broju nastradalih vozača u saobraćaju, mladi do 25 godina čine četvrtinu poginulih vozača. U svetu, saobraćajne nezgode su vodeći uzročnik smrtnog stradanja mladih muškog pola od 15 do 29 godina, a drugi najveći uzročnik smrtnog stradanja svih mladih od 15 do 29 godina (WHO, 2013). Istraživanja u Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama i Holandiji pokazuju da na svakih 10 stradalih mladih vozača strada i 13 putnika učesnika u nezgodama povezanim sa mladim vozačima (OECD, 2006). Čak i u zemljama koje imaju razvijen sistem upravljanja bezbednošću saobraćaja, postoje značajni problemi povezani sa mladim vozačima i težinom posledica saobraćajnih nezgoda sa učešćem mladih. Posmatrano za period od 2001 do 2010. godine, javi rizik mladih do 30 godina, u Srbiji iznosi 153 poginula na milion mladih stanovnika, a što je iznad proseka 27 zemalja Evropske unije, gde javni rizik mladih prosečno iznosi 136. U ovom radu izvršena je uporedna analiza ugroženosti mladih u Srbiji sa zemljama u regionu i zemljama Evropske unije. Izvršena je analiza ključnih faktora rizika povezanih sa mladim vozačima, ugroženost prema godinama, polu i načinu učešća mladih u saobraćajnim nezgodama.

Abstract: Young people under 25 years of stage-tenth of the world population. However, taken from the number of casualties in traffic drivers, young people up to 25 make up a quarter of the killed driver. Worldwide, road crashes are the leading cause of death caused young males aged 15 to 29 years, and the second largest cause of death occurring all young people aged 15 to 29 years (WHO, 2013). Research in the United States and the Netherlands have shown that for every 10 young drivers killed and 13 passengers hurt participants in incidents related to young drivers (OECD, 2006). Even in countries that have a developed system of traffic safety management, there are significant problems associated with young drivers and severity of traffic accidents, with the participation of young people. Research for the period from 2001 to 2010, told the risk of young people up to 30 years in Serbia amounts to 153 killed per million young inhabitants, which is above the average of 27 European Union countries, where young people deaths per million young inhabitants is 136. In this paper is research the comparative analysis of the risk of young people in Serbia with the regional countries and European Union countries. The analysis of the key risk factors associated with young drivers, risk according to age, sex and mode of participation of young people in traffic accident.
