Rezime: Od početka procesa licenciranja predavača teorijske obuke koji se sastoji od pohađanja pripremne nastave i polaganja stručnog ispita, Agencija za bezbednost saobraćaja je izdala oko 470 licenci za predavača teorijske obuke. Kako bi licencirani predavači što uspešnije primenjivali postojeća znanja i uspešno vladali novim i primenljivim znanjima i veštinama prenošenja znanja, svakako je neophodno njihovo kontinuirano usavršavanje. U tom cilju, Agencija organizuje i sprovodi seminare unapređenja znanja namenjene licenciranim predavačima, koje je u toku 2015. godine pohađalo oko 450 predavača. Ovaj rad upravo predstavlja analizu tih procesa koji ima za cilj prepoznavanje elemenata koje treba unaprediti i polaznu osnovu u dugoročnom planiranju rada u oblasti licenciranja i unapređenja znanja predavača teorijske obuke.

Abstract: Since the beginning of the process for licensing teachers of theoretical training that consists of attending the preparation classes and taking the professional exam, the Road Traffic Safety Agency has issued about 470 licenses for the teachers of theoretical training. Continuous improvement of the licensed teachers is by all means necessary in order to apply their existing knowledge and successfully accomplish new and applicable knowledge. Having that as a goal, the Agency organizes and conducts seminars of knowledge improvement for licensed teachers, that have been attended by about 450 teachers during the year 2015. This work presents the analysis of those processes with the aim of recognizing the elements to be improved and starting basis in long-term work planning in the field of licensing and knowledge improvement of the teachers of theoretical training.
