Rezime:
Nova metodologija brojanja saobraćaja razvijena i implementirana u Republici Srbiji (2009-2012), s obzirom na veoma intezivan razvoj informacionih tehnologija stvorila je preduslov za detaljne i pouzdane analize realnih uslova u saobraćajnom toku. Savremeni senzori koji su stavljeni u funkciju na vangradskoj putnoj mreži (oko 480) detektuju i realne brzine saobraćajnog toka svih 8760 sati. U radu su analizirani podaci o brzinama kretanja vozila na autoputskoj mreži Republike Srbije, dobijeni sa automatskih brojača saobraćaja. Na osnovu dobijenih podataka sa ABS-a data je generalna analiza brzina slobodnog toka, eksploatacionih brzina, realnih, ograničenih i prekoračenih brzina sa ciljem utvrđivanja uzročno posledičnih veza između ovih brzina.

Abstract:
The new methodology of traffic counting, which is developed and implemented in the Republic of Serbia from 2009 to 2012, considering the very intensive evolvent of informational technology, has created a prerequisite for detailed and reliable analysis of the real conditions in the traffic flow. Modernized sensors, which are placed in order to operate on the extra city road network (about 480), can also detect the real speed of the traffic flow for all 8760 hours. The paper analyzes data on vehicle speeds on the highway network Republic of Serbia, obtained from automatic traffic counters. Based on the obtained data from the ABS data is a general analysis of the free flow speed, exploitation rate, real, limited and exceeded speed with the aim of the establishment of causal connections between these velocities speed.
