Rezime:
U radu je predstavljeno empirijsko merenje brzine slobodnog toka na karakterističnim presecima magistralnih puteva M-4, M-17 i M-19 u Republici Srpskoj. Merenje je vršeno u različitim vremenskim uslovima (za uslove suvog i vlažnog kolovoza). Na osnovu merenja dobijen je jedinstven model brzine u Republici Srpskoj koji opisuje brzinu slobodnog toka za uslove suvog i vlažnog kolovoza. Dobijeni model za utvrđivanje brzina u različitim vremenskim uslovima poređen je i analiziran sa preporukama iz HCM-2010. Dobijeni rezultati su poređeni sa drugim istraživanjima kao i sa graničnom brzinom na postojećim odsecima na kojima je vršeno merenje.

Abstract:
The empirical measurement of free flow speed on typical sections of trunk roads M-4, M-17 and M-19 in the Republic of Srpska has been presented in this paper. The measurement was conducted in different weather conditions (dry and wet roadway). Based on the measurement, a unique model of speed in the Republic of Srpska, which describes free flow speed in conditions of dry and wet roadway, was created. The model was then compared and analysed according to recommendations by HCM-2010. The results were compared with other research as well as with the speed limit on existing sections where measurement had been done.
