Rezime: Svedoci smo ubrzane izgradnje mreže autoputeva u zemlji, što se odražava i na istočnom kraku koridora 10, od Niša do granice sa Bugarskom. Sama trasa budućeg autoputa se dobrim delom oslanja i na dosadašnju trasu magistralnog puta E – 80. Ovakav izbor trase je pred projektante, ali i izvođače radova postavio posebne zahteve u pogledu regulisanja saobraćaja. Ovi zahtevi su većim delom rešeni uvođenjem posebnog režima saobraćaja u zonama radova na putu. Čest je slučaj da je ograničena brzina kretanja na tim deonicama smanjena. Međutim, postavlja se pitanje u kojoj meri vozači poštuju novo ograničenje brzine. Cilj ovog rada jeste utvrđivanje i prikaz u kojoj meri dolazi do prekoračenja brzina u ovim kritičnim zonama. Dakle izvršiće se snimanje saobraćaja na deonicama u zonama radova na putu sa posebnim osvrtom na brzinu kretanja učesnika u saobraćaju. Na osnovu utvrđenih rezultata dobijenih sa terena i primenom kompjuterskih softvera dolazimo do određenih zaključaka koji su u radu i prikazani. Prema tome, cilj ovog istraživanja jeste markiranje problema brzine u zoni radova pri čemu smo izneli i svoj sud o stanju bezbednosti saobraćaja na ovom delu budućeg autoputa, ali i predložili eventualne mere koje bi trebalo preduzeti, a sve u cilju povećanja bezbednosti saobraćaja upravo u ovim rizičnim zonama.

Abstract: We are witnessing the accelerated construction of the highway network in the country, which is reflected in the eastern branch of Corridor 10, from Nis to the Bulgarian border.. Future highway route itself is largely reliant on the current route of the motorway E - 80. This choice of the route set up specific requirements in terms of traffic regulation for designers and contractors. These requirements are largely solved by introducing a special traffic regime in the areas of road works. It is often the case that the limited speed on these sections is reduced. However, the question is to what extent drivers respect new speed limit. The aim of this study is to determine and display the extent of exceeding of the speed in these critical areas. So we shall record the traffic on sections in zones of road works, with special emphasis on the speed of traffic participants. By determining the results obtained from the field and using computer software we come to certain conclusions which are displayed. Thus, the goal of this research is truancy problem of speed rate in the zone of works, which we presented and our judgment on the state of traffic safety on this part of the future highway, and we have suggested possible measures to be taken, all in order to increase traffic safety in these risk zones.
