Rezime:
Saobraćajne nezgode koje se dešavaju na prelazu puta preko železničke pruge u nivou proizvode izuzetno teške posledice po ljude, učesnike tih nezgoda, ali i materijalna dobra. Prema podacima Agencije za bezbednost saobraćaja u Srbiji godišnje nastrada u ovim nezgodama skoro četrdeset ljudi. U Srbiji mreža železničkog saobraćaja ima dužinu preko 4.000 km i preko 2.000 putnih prelaza u nivou preko nje. U ovom radu je izvršena analiza saobraćajnih nezgoda koje su se dogodile na prelazu puta preko železničke pruge u Srbiji. Cilj analize je bio da se na osnovu rezultata istraživanja i dobijenih saznanja da predlog delovanja u smislu njihove prevencije.

Abstract:
Traffic accidents which ocurr on a crossing of a road and a railway track provide extremely difficult consequences for people, participants in these accidents and property or material goods. According to data from Agency for traffic safety in Serbia, nearly 40 people suffer annually from these accidents. The railway traffic network in Serbia is over 4.000 km long and there are more than 2.000 crossings over railway tracks. In this paper is carried out the analysis of traffic accidents that occurred on the roads crossing the railway line in Serbia. The aim of this analysis was to be based on research results and knowledge obtained that the proposal of action in terms of prevention.
