Mihajlović, T., (2018). Kriterijumi za optimizaciju putnih prelaza na mreži saobraćajnica zajednica lokalne samouprave. 13 th International Conference - Road Safety in Local Communities, Kopaonik.
Rezime: Putni prelazi, kao veoma opasna mesta i "crne tačke", zahtevaju sveobuhvatan tretman pri izradi tehničke dokumentacije, a koji za krajnji cilj ima smanjenje broja vanrednih događaja na njima, tj. smanjenje ljudskih žrtava i materijalne štete prouzrokovanih sudarima vozila dva potpuno različita vida saobraćaja. Zato svaki zahtev za rešavanjem ukrštaja drumske saobraćajnice sa železničkom prugom treba detaljno i pojedinačno analizirati sagledavajući širu zonu, odnosno duži potez na kojima putni prelaz egzistira istovremeno sa saobraćajno - tehnološkog, urbanističkog, građevinskog i elektrotehničkog aspekta.

Ključne reči: putni prelaz, urbana područja, normativna akta, optimizacija, kriterijumi

Abstract: Level crossing, as very dangerous places and "black spots", require a comprehensive treatment in the preparation of technical documentation, which for the ultimate goal has a reduction in the number of extraordinary events on them, i.e. the reduction of human casualties and material damage caused by crashes drove two completely different forms of traffic Therefore, every request for the solution of the crossroads of the road with the railway should be analyzed in detail and individually, considering the wider zone, ie longer moves at which the road crossing exists simultaneously from the traffic and technological, urban, construction and electrical aspects.
