Rezime: Krivična dela iz grupe protiv bezbednosti javnog saobraćaja vrše različite kategorije učesnika u saobraćaju. U ovom radu ukazali smo u kojoj meri su učesnici koji su upravljali vozilima na dva točka – bicikli odnosno motori u proteklom periodu sa područja koja su u okviru nadležnosti pojedinih viših sudova na području Apelacionog suda u Nišu vršili krivična dela iz ove grupe i na neke specifičnosti tih krivičnih dela. Takođe, ukazali smo i na sankcije koje su im izrečene. Dali smo i prikaz odluka u postupcima po žalbi protiv odluka prvostepenih sudova izrečenih povodom najtežih od tih krivičnih dela po kojima je Apelacioni sud u Nišu kao drugostepeni sud doneo konačnu odluku.

Abstract: Criminal acts from the group against public traffic safety are carried out by different categories of participants in the traffic. In this paper, we pointed out the extent to which participants who operated two-wheeled vehicles - bicycles or motors in the past period from areas within the jurisdiction of certain higher courts in the area of the Appellate Court in Nis, committed crimes from this group and on some specificities of these crimes. Also, we pointed to the sanctions that are imposed on them. We also presented a review of the decisions in the appeals proceedings against the decisions of the first instance courts pronounced on the gravest of these crimes, according to which the Appellate Court in Nis as the second instance court made the final decision.
