Rezime:
Uticaj vremenskih uslova na nastanak nezgode predstavlja interesantnu oblast za mnoge istraživače. Generalno, u literaturi je prepoznato da vremenski uslovi imaju značajan uticaj, ne samo na bezbednost saobraćaja, već na transport uopšteno. Pored toga, u mnogim studijama je nastanak saobraćajnih nezgoda povezan sa određenim vremenskim uslovima. Sa druge strane, u nacionalnoj literaturi ne postoji odgovarajuća studija koja analizira odnos vremenskih uslova i nastanak nezgoda sa poginulim licima. U ovoj studiji, izvršena je analiza saobraćajnih nezgoda sa poginulim licima na teritoriji grada Beograda. Podaci o vremenskim uslovima u vreme nezgode prikupljeni su sa meteoroloških stanica u Beogradu. Studija obuhvata period od maja 2016 do januara 2017. Istraživanje je sprovedeno sa ciljem utvrđivanja uticaja vremenskih uslova na nastanak saobraćajne nezgode, kao i odgovornosti na nastanak saobraćajnih nezgoda.

Abstract:
The impact of weather on road safety is an area of interest to many researchers. Generally, literature shows that weather have a great effect not only on road safety but on transport in general. However, in most studies it was found that precipitation is associated with increasing number of crashes. On the other hand, in the national literature there are no adequate studies that analyse the ratio of weather conditions and cause to the occurrence of road accidents with fatalities. In this research, an analysis of the road accidents with fatalities for territory of Belgrade. Data on weather conditions in the time of occurrence of road accidents were collected from meteorological stations in Belgrade. The study covers the period from May 2016 to January 2017. The main goal of this research was to analyse the impact of weather conditions on the occurrence of road accidents with fatalities and also the responsible for occurrence accidents.
