Rezime: Na teritoriji Republike Srbije mogu se sresti prevozna sredstva vojnih snaga drugih država i organizacija koja prevoze opasnu robu. Planiranje i organizovanje kretanja, prevoza i snabdevanja angažovanih vojnih snaga van nacionalne teritorije je složeno i vrlo često je predmet posebnih sporazuma. Na transport opasne robe koji se obavlja prevoznim sredstvima vojnih snaga drugih država i organizacija koje prema posebnom sporazumu koriste saobraćajnu infrastrukturu Republike Srbije ne primenjuje se republički Zakon o transportu opasne robe. Ovo pitanje uređeno je posebnim propisom koji je doneo ministar nadležan za poslove odbrane. U radu su pojašnjene pojedine odredbe ovog propisa i date su specifičnosti upravljanja transportom i tranzitom opasne robe koji se realizuje prevoznim sredstvima vojnih snaga drugih država i organizacija.

Abstract: Тransportation means of the military forces of other states and organizations transporting dangerous goods can be met in the territory of the Republic of Serbia. The planning and organization of the movement, transportation and supply of military forces outside the national territory are complex issues and are often subject to special agreements. The Serbian Law on the Transport of Dangerous Goods does not apply to the transport of dangerous goods by transportation means of military forces of other states and organizations using the transportation infrastructure of the Republic of Serbia under a special agreement. This issue was regulated by a special regulation issued by the Minister in charge of defense. Certain provisions of this regulation and the specificities of managing transport and transit of dangerous goods that are realized by transportation means of military forces of other states and organizations are given in this paper.
