ANALYSIS OF DRIVING TRAINING FROM ASPECT OF FEEDBACK FROM THE DRIVING TEST

Rezime: U radu je prikazan primer analize grešaka koje čine kandidati za vozače u jednoj autoškoli na teorijskom i praktičnom delu vozačkog ispita. Za uzorak je slučajnim izborom uzeto 30 kandidata koji su obuku završili kod instruktora praktične obuke i kod dva predavača teorijske nastave. Na osnovu analize uočene su greške koje kandidati češće prave u praktičnom delu ispita, odnosno pitanja na koja veći broj kandidata nije znao tačan odgovor na teorijskom delu ispita. Ta povratna sprega analize i obuke treba da pruži informaciju instruktorima i autoškoli koji deo obuke treba usavršiti ili izvesti na drugi način da bi se postigli bolji razultati, kako u obuci, tako i kasnije tokom upravljanja vozilom od strane tih vozača. Na predloženi način analize ispita svih kandidata koji završe obuku i polože vozački ispit može se napraviti i poređenje između kvaliteta rada instruktora i predavača teorijske obuke.

Abstract: This project presents example of analysis of mistakes which future drivers (candidates) make in certain driving school on the theoretical and practical part of the driving test. For test sample, using method of random choice, 30 candidates were selected, which have finished their practical training with their instructor, and two professors of theoretical teaching. Biased of the analysis,mistakes were noticed which candidates more often make in the practical part of the test, in other words questions on which candidates didn't answer correctly in theoretical part of the exam. the feedback should provide information for the instructors and driving schools, which part of the training should be improved, so that better results could be made in training and later on in driving the vehicle. Analysis of the exam of candidates which have finished their training and passed their driving test shows that there could be made comparison between the quality of both the work of the instructor and theory teachers.
