Rezime: Krivična dela iz grupe protiv bezbednosti javnog saobraćaja vrše različite kategorije učesnika u saobraćaju. Među tim učesnicima su i poljoprivredne mašine, a najčešće traktori odnosno vozači koji upravljaju tim mašinama. U ovom radu ukazali smo da li su odnosno u kojoj meri su učesnici u javnom saobraćaju sa područja koja su u okviru nadležnosti Apelacionog suda u Nišu koji su upravljali poljoprivrednim mašinama a posebno traktorima u proteklom periodu vršili krivična dela iz ove grupe i na neke specifičnosti tih krivičnih dela. Takođe, ukazali smo i na sankcije koje su im izrečene. Dali smo i prikaz odluka u postupcima po žalbi protiv odluka prvostepenih sudova po kojima je Apelacioni sud u Nišu kao drugostepeni sud doneo konačnu odluku.

Abstract: Criminal acts from the group against public traffic safety are carried out by different categories of participants in the traffic. Among these participants are farm vehicles, and most often tractors or drivers that operate these machines. In this paper, we have indicated that the extent to which participants in public transport are from areas within the jurisdiction of the Appellate Court in Nis, which operated farm vehicles, and in particular to tractors in the past period, committed crimes from this group and on some specificities of these criminal offenses. We also pointed out the sanctions imposed on them. We also presented a review of the decisions in the appeals proceedings against the decisions of the first instance courts that the Appellate Court in Nis as the second instance court made the final decision.
