Rezime:
Jedan od najsloženijih zadataka za definisanje preventivnih mera u bezbednosti saobraćaja predstavlja pravilno i kvalitetno sagledavanje svih uticajnih faktora na nastanak svake konkretne saobraćajne nezgode. Za sagledavanje svih uticaja na nezgodu je neophodno sistemski analizirati sve činjenice u vezi sa nastalom saobraćajnom nezgodom, a posebno sagledati i ostale potencijalne uticajne faktore, koji se ne moraju javiti kao osnovni uzročnici nastanka nezgode, ali je njihov uticaj doprineo nastanku nezgode. U ovu grupu faktora u najvećoj meri spadaju uticaji puta na saobraćajne nezgode, jer u malom broju slučajeva su direktni uzročnici nastanka nezgode, ali su u znatnom broju nezgoda doprineli ili pak uzrokovali pojavu osnovnog uticajnog faktora. Imajući to u vidu, kao i permanentnost uticaja faktora put na mogućnost nastanka saobraćajnih nezgoda i posledica, neophodno je sistemski sagledati i klasifikovati uticaje puta na nezgode. Prilikom sistematizacije uticaja neophodno je razlikovati uticaje na nastanak saobraćajnih nezgoda, od uticaja na posledice, kao i činjenicu da li prepoznati uticaj ima privremeni ili trajni karakter, sa aspekta saobraćajnog sistema. Najčešći prepoznati uticaji puta na nastanak nezgoda su u vezi sa nepravilnog geometrijom puta, poprečnim i podužnim nagibima, promenama radijusa krivina, preglednošću puta, stanjem kolovoza i sl., dok su na težinu posledica postojanje pasivno nebezbednih elemenata pored puta, geometrija površina pored puta i stanje kolovoza.

Abstract:
One of the most complex tasks for defining preventive measures in traffic safety is the correct and qualitative examination of all influencing factors on the occurrence of any traffic accident. In order to examine all the impacts of the accident, it is necessary to systematically analyze all the facts related to the traffic accident, and especially to consider other impact factors, which do not have to appear as the main causes of the accident, but their influence contributed to the accident. In this group of factors, the impacts of road traffic accidents are mostly affected, as in a small number of cases there are direct causes of accidents, but in a significant number of accidents they have contributed or caused the appearance of a basic impact factor. Bearing this in mind, as well as the permanence of the influence of the factor road to the possibility of occurrence of traffic accidents and consequences, it is necessary to systematically examine and classify the impacts of the road. In systematizing the impact, it is necessary to differentiate the effects on the occurrence of traffic accidents, the impact on the consequences, and the fact whether the identified impact has a temporary or permanent character. The most frequent identification of the impact of the road on the occurrence of accidents is related to the irregular geometry, the transverse and longitudinal slopes, the changes in the radius, the condition of road, etc, while the existence of passively unsafe elements along the road, and condition.
