Rezime: Važnu ulogu u promeni, utvrđivanju i unapređenju stavova, ponašanja i znanja učesnika u saobraćaju imaju kampanje u bezbednosti saobraćaja. Tokom sprovođenja kampanje, jedan od osnovnih elemenata jeste sredstvo prenošenja kampanje, odnosno pravilan odabir alata za prezentovanje od onoga ko sprovodi kampanju do ciljne grupe. Danas, društvene mreže sve su popularniji način za komunikaciju putem interneta, koji vremenom prerasta u impresivnu platformu velikog broja mogućnosti za korisnike, rušeći vlastite rekorde posećenosti. Rezultati svetskih istraživanja pokazuju da 67% korisnika interneta redovno posećuje društvene mreže, a da je najveći broj korisnika u Srbiji, čak preko 70% starosti između 18 i 35 godina. Imajući u vidu ovu starosnu grupu, koja je ujedno i najugroženija grupa učesnika u saobraćaju, cilj ovog rada jeste utvrđivanje mogućnosti i delotvnornosti sprovođenja kampanja u bezbednosti saobraćaja posredstvom društvenih mreža kao ekonomičnim, masovnim i pristupačnim načinom komunikacije današnjice. Istraživanje je vršeno metodom ankete, podaci su sortirani, a potom je pristupljeno analizi i generisanju rezultata. U radu su takođe, prikazana iskustva i preporuke sličnih akcija sprovođenih u svetu.

Abstract: Campaigns in traffic safety play an important role in changing, confirming, improving attitudes, actions and knowledge of traffic participants. When conducting a campaign, one of the basic elements is the means of presenting the campaign, that is, the correct choice of tools for presenting from the person conducting the campaign to the target group. Today, social networks are an increasingly popular way of communication via the internet, which has, over time, become an impressive platform with a great number of options for users, thus breaking its own records of site traffic. Results of world-wide researches show that 67% of internet users use social networks on a regular basis, and that the largest number of users in Serbia is between ages of 18 and 35 who comprise over 70%. Taking into consideration this age group, which is also the group in greatest peril in traffic, the goal of this research is to determine the possibilities and effectiveness of conducting campaigns in the area of traffic safety via social networks as an available, economical and wide-scale way of communication of today. The research was conducted through the method of questionnaire. The data is sorted and analysed and the results were generated. Experiences and recommendations for similar actions undertaken in the world are shared in the research.
