Rezime: Tokom razvoja naučne oblasti bezbednosti saobraćaja, razvijane su i usavršavane mnogobrojne metode za određivanje izmeritelja nivoa bezbednosti saobraćaja. Formiranje prvih baza podataka o saobraćajnim nezgodama omogućilo je sprovođenje značajnih analiza bezbednosti saobraćaja određenih mikrolokacija, a time upoređivanje mikrolokacija međusobno, što jeste osnovni zadatak merenja. Ovakav koncept ocene bezbednosti saobraćaja predstavlja tradicionalan, reaktivan pristup. Međutim, težnja savremenih pristupa rešavanja problema bezbednosti saobraćaja usmerena je ka pronalaženju najboljih rešenja pre nastanka saobraćajnih nezgoda, odnosno pre štetnih posledica. Iz tog razloga, sve više pažnje se posvećuje konceptu zasnovanim na kombinaciji nekoliko metoda, a sve u cilju veće pouzdanosti i efikasnosti prilikom identifikacije i rangiranja opasnih mesta. Metod primenjen u ovom radu sastoji od analize saobraćajnih nezgoda, analize subjektivnih stavova učesnika u saobraćaju i primene konfliktne tehnike. U radu je primenom pomenute kombinacije izvršena analiza bezbednosti saobraćaja na tri raskrsnice u Beogradu, sa kratkim vremenom eksploatacije. Takođe su date i kontramere za povećanje nivoa bezbednosti saobraćaja posmatranih raskrsnica.

Abstract: Along with the development of traffic safety as science discipline, numerous methods were developed to determine measuring units of the traffic safety level. First databases of traffic accidents enabled scientists to conduct analysis of the traffic safety in specific micro locations, and with it to compare them to other micro locations, which is the main purpose of the measurements. This traffic safety assessment concept represents a traditional, reactive approach. However, the tendency of the modern approach to traffic safety problem solving is directed towards finding the best solution before the accidents happen. Therefore, methods based on the combination of various other methods are becoming increasingly popular, with the objective of increasing reliability and efficiency when identifying and ranking dangerous spots. The method applied in this paper comprises the analysis of traffic accident, analysis of the subjective attitudes of participans in traffic and the use of a conflict technique. Using the aforementioned method the traffic safety analysis was conducted at three intersections in Belgrade, with short period of usage. Countermeasures to improve safety at the analyzed intersections are also included.
