Rezime:
Krstosnicite pretstavuvaat lokacii so golema koncentracija na soobraќajni nezgodi. Vo poveќeto državi vo Evropa 40 – 60 procenti od vkupniot broj na soobraќajni nezgodi se slučuvaat na krstosnicite. Načinot na kontrola na levite svrtuvanja na semaforiziranite krstosnici e eden od faktorite koi vlijae na nivoto na bezbednost vo soobraќajot na istite. Vo Skopje postojat tri tipovi na levi svrtuvanja na semaforiziranite krstosnici i toa: levi svrtuvanja koi se opslužuvaat vo ista faza zaedno so pravite dviženja od sprotivnata nasoka, levi svrtuvanja koi se opslužuvaat vo posebna faza i levi svrtuvanja koi se opslužuvaat vo kombinacija od prethodnite dva tipovi na kontrola. Vo trudot ќe bide izvršena analiza na podatocite za slučenite soobraќajni nezgodi na odredeni semaforizirani krstosnici i ќe bide analizirana nivnata povrzanost so različnite tipovi na kontrola na levite svrtuvanja so cel da se identifikuva vlijanieto na istite vrz bezbednosta vo soobraќajot na semaforiziranite krstosnici.

Abstract:
Intersections are locations of high road traffic accident concentration. In most European countries 40 - 60 percent of the total number of road traffic accidents occurs at intersections. The type of left turn control at signalized intersections is one of the factors which have impact on the traffic safety level of the intersections. Three types of left turn control exist in the City of Skopje, which are as followed: left turns which are served in the same signal phase as the straight through movements from the opposite direction, left turns which are served in a separate phase and left turns which are served as a combination of the two previous types of left turn control. In this paper data analysis of road traffic accidents occurring at certain signalized intersections will be performed and their relationship with the different types of left turn control will be analyzed in order to identify their impact on road traffic safety at signalized intersections.
