Rezime:
Na nivou Republike Srbije, 34,2% samo vozača putničkih automobila koji prekoračuju postavljeno ograničenje brzine dovode u pitanje njen kredibilitet. Prema statističkom izveštaju Agencije za bezbednost saobraćaja, u 2016. godini, neprilagođena brzina je uzrok 22,4% saobraćajnih nezgoda sa poginulim licima. Uspostavljeni trend smanjenja ukupnog broja saobraćajnih nezgoda sa poginulim licima, na nacionalnom nivou, održava se koordinisanim radom na nivou lokalnih samouprava. Cilj ovog rada bazira se na analizi brzine u odnosu na uslove saobraćaja i stanja na putu na deonici državnog puta IB reda br. 23 Makrešane – Kruševac (Jasika). Rad obuhvata analizu slobodnih, eksploatacionih po modelu, realnih eksploatacionih i ograničenih brzina, kao i analizu prekoračenja brzine na osnovu podataka sa automatskog brojača saobraćaja i veze sa slobodnim i eksploatacionim brzinama. U radu je izvršena i analiza uticaja broja pristupa na brzinu saobraćajnog toka. Na osnovu dobijenih razultata dat je predlog mera unapređenja postojećeg stanja kojima bi se izvršila harmonizacija brzina u saobraćajnom toku i smanjio procenat prekoračenja brzine.

Abstract:
Across Republic of Serbia, 34,2% of car drivers who exceed speed limit question it's credibility. According to the statistical report from the Road Traffic Safety Agency, in 2016. unsuitable speed is the cause of 22,4% of traffic accidents with death casualities. Established trend of decreased traffic accidents with death casualities, at a national level, is kept due to coordinated work on local government level. The point of this paper is based on the speed analysis in relation to traffic and road conditions on the section of IB class state highway section no. 23 Makrešane – Kruševac (Jasika). The paper envelops the analysis of free – flow, operational by model, real operational and limited speeds, as well as the analysis of speeding based on the data from the automatic speed counter and the connection to free – flow and operational speeds. The impact analysis that the number of acces points has on the speed of the traffic flow has also been done in the paper. Based on the obtained results a suggestion of measures to improve the current state, which would lead to speed harmonization in the traffic flow and the decrease of speeding percentage, has been given.
