Rezime: Parkiranje u zoni vrtića u Srbiji karakterišu brojni problemi, među kojima prednjači nedostatak odgovarajućih površina za parkiranje koje nude prihvatljiv nivo bezbednosti za decu predškolskog uzrasta i motorizovane učesnike u saobraćaju. U zoni brojnih vrtića često nema dovoljno obeleženih parking mesta ili je njihov položaj takav da parkiranje na njima izaziva ometanje kretanja vozila na kolovozu. Cilj ovog rada je da se istraže konkretni problemi i karakteristike parkiranja u zonama vrtića i da se utvrdi njihov uticaj na bezbednost saobraćaja motornih vozila u njihovoj neposrednoj blizini. Pilot istraživanje je izvršeno u zonama dva vrtića u Srbiji, u vršnom jutarnjem i popodnevnom periodu, u kojima se realizuje najveći zahtev za parkiranjem. Izvršena je statistička analiza snimljenih parametara, ponašanja vozača i konfliktnih situacija u saobraćaju. Na osnovu dobijenih rezultata diskutovano je o predlogu mera za smanjenje negativnog uticaja parkiranja na bezbednost saobraćaja u zoni vrtića.

Abstract: There are numerous problems that characterize parking in kindergarten zones in Serbia. Among them, the most prominent one is the lack of adequate parking areas offering an acceptable safety level to preschool-age children and motorized road users. In the zones of numerous kindergartens it is often the case that there is no enough marked parking spaces or their positions contribute to the distraction of the vehicles moving on the carriageway. This paper is aimed to explore the specific problems and characteristics of parking in the kindergarten zones as well as to determine their impact on the traffic safety level of motor vehicles in their proximity. The pilot research was conducted in the zones of two kindergartens in Serbia in morning and afternoon peak periods, when parking demand is the highest. The statistical analysis of recorded parameters, driver behaviours and traffic conflicts was done. Based on the obtained results, it was discussed about the proposal of measures to reduce the adverse traffic safety effect of parking in a kindergarten zone.
