Rezime:
Kontinuirano prisustvo tema o bezbednosti u saobraćaju je neophodno od najranijeg uzrasta dece. Edukacija dece predškolskog uzrasta je najefektnija kada se realizuje kroz igru i crtanje. Deca najbolje uče putem samootkrivanja a zatim potvrđivanja i pohvaljivanja od starijih. Posredan način učenja kod dece povezivanjem kulture, lepog i vaspitanog ponašanja u saobraćaju u skladu sa pravilima i propisima a na ovaj način i sa bezbednošću, može postići dobre rezultate u stvaranju novih generacija bezbednih i kulturnih učesnika u saobraćaju. Aktivnost „Kulturno-nekulturno u saobraćaju“ je realizovana na uzorku od oko 2000 dece predškolskog uzrasta u Šapcu, Novom Sadu i Beloj Palanci. Deca su imala zadatak da nakon uvoda u temu kažu ili nacrtaju šta je kulturno i šta je nekulturno u saobraćaju. Vaspitači su aktivnost realizovali na osnovu detaljnog „Plana aktivnosti“ koji je nakon primenjivanja u sedam grupa, korigovan do konačne verzije. Sačinjeni materijal je prebačen u elektornsku formu i biće korišćen u edukativne svrhe sa drugom decom i roditeljima. Evaluacijom je utvrđeno da deca dobro prepoznaju kulturne i nekulturne situacije u saobraćaju i da je ovaj način učenja dece o bezbednosti u saobraćaju efektan i efikasan. Formiran je i verifikovan standardizovani „Plan realizacije aktivnosti“ za vaspitače za edukaciju dece kojim se omogućava realizacija standardizovanih aktivnosti za kompeltnu populaciju predškolske dece na nivou svake lokalne samouprave.

Abstract:
Continuous presence of traffic safety topics is necessary from the earliest age of children. Education of pre-school children is the most effective when it is realized through playing and drawing. Children learn best by discovering, then by confirming and complimenting by the elderly. The indirect way of learning of children with connecting of acceptable and non-acceptable behavior in Traffic, in accordance with rules and regulations, and in this way with safety, could achieve good results in creating new generations of safe acceptable Traffic participants. "Acceptable and Non-Acceptable in traffic" Activity was carried out on a sample of 2000 children of pre-school age in Šabac, Novi Sad and Bela Palanka. The children had the task, after introducing the topic, to say or draw out what is acceptable and what is non-acceptable in traffic. Pre-school teachers realized the activity on the basis of a detailed Plan of Activity, which was corrected to the final version, after its implementation in seven groups. The material is transferred into an electric form and it will be used for educational purposes with other children and parents. The evaluation founded that children are well aware of acceptable and non-acceptable traffic situations and that this way of children learning about traffic safety is effective and efficient. A standardized plan of pre-school teachers activities for the education of children was established and verified, which enables the realization of standardized activities for the compete population of pre-school children at the level of each local self-government.
