Rezime: Kod vozača amatera preventivno delovanje je usmereno na samog vozača i primenu savremenih tehnologija u vozilu za identifikaciju umora vozača, dok se kod profesionalnih vozača, pored uticaja na vozače, značajna prevencija da umorni vozači ne učestvuju u saobraćaju odnosi i na primenu tahografa, poštovanja zakonskih i drugih normi u vezi vremena vožnje i odmora vozača i kvalitetu organizacije rada u kompanijama koje se bave saobraćajem i transportom. U radu je prikazana subjektivna ocena identifikacije umora i mera za eliminaciju umora profesionalnih vozača u dve različite kompanije. Pored objektivne ocene umora sve više se pažnje posvećuje edukaciji vozača da prepoznaju prve simptome, odnosno da subjektivno identifikuju kada su umorni za vožnju. Na osnovu anketnog istraživanja profesionalnih vozača u dve različite kompanije sagledane su karakteristični pojavni oblici umora vozača i njihova procena koje mere najbolje na njih deluju za eliminaciju umora koji se javi tokom vožnje. Poređenjem rezultata ispitanika u obe kompanije, identifikovane su zajedničke karakteristike subjektivnog osećaja umora za vozače u obe kompanije i specifičnosti koje predstavljaju veliku razliku u subjektivnoj proceni između dve grupe vozača. Na osnovu rezultata anketnog istraživanja u obe kompanije mogu se definisati postupci i mere koje je potrebno preduzeti u saobraćajno transportnim kompanijama ili drugim institucijama koje u svom sastavu imaju profesionalne vozače.

Abstract: With amateur drivers, preventive action is directed at the driver himself and the application of modern technologies in the vehicle, while in the case of professional drivers, given the great responsibility, significant prevention of tired drivers not participating in the traffic relates to the application of the tachograph, compliance with legal and other norms regarding driving time and driver rest and quality of work organization in transport companies. The paper presents a subjective assessment of fatigue identification and measures to eliminate the fatigue of professional drivers in two different companies. In addition to the objective assessment of fatigue, which usually involves relatively expensive technical systems for identifying fatigue, more attention is paid to educating drivers to recognize the first symptoms, or to identify them when they are tired of driving. Based on a survey of professional drivers in two different companies, the most common forms of driver fatigue are examined and their assessment of what measures best act on them to eliminate fatigue that occurs during driving. By comparing the results of the respondents in both companies, the common characteristics of the subjective feeling of fatigue for drivers in both companies and the specifics that represent a major difference in the subjective assessment between the two groups of drivers are identified. Based on the results of the survey research, both companies can define procedures and measures that need to be taken in transport companies or other institutions that have professional drivers.
