UPOREDNA ANALIZA SISTEMA OBRAZOVANJA DECE NA PODRUČJU OPŠTINA NOVA VAROŠ, KURŠUMLIJA I U GRADU BEOGRADU

Rezime: Saobraćajne nezgode spadaju u pet najčešćih uzročnika smrti dece u svetu. U Srbiji, prethodnih deset godina od 2003-2012. godine u saobraćajnim nezgodama smrtno je stradalo 307 dece, dok je 17.019 njih bilo povređeno. Istraživanja su pokazala da su deca najranjiviji članovi svakog društva. NJihova ranjivost je posledica nepoznavanja pravila bezbednog ponašanja, sposobnosti identifikacije opasnih situacija i usvajanje veštine bezbednog učestvovanja u saobraćaju. Deo problema leži u neznanju, nepotpunoj informisanosti, nedovoljnom iskustvu i nerazvijenoj fizičkoj građi deteta, kao i u načinu edukacije koji sprovode učitelji i roditelji. Plan i program edukacije dece nije prilagođen njihovom uzrastu, odnosno ne sprovodi se na odgovarajući način, uz više igre, praktičnih vežbi na poligonu, veći broj časova o bezbednosti dece u saobraćaju, više literature o pravilima bezbednog ponašanja u saobraćaju prilagođene njihovom uzrastu, kao i bolja edukacija učitelja (pohađanje odgovarajućih saminara, minimalna znanja iz bezbednosti saobraćaja...). Predmet istraživanja je analiza sistema saobraćajnog obrazovanja dece od prvog do četvrtog razreda. Cilj ovog rada je ukazivanje na nedostatke procesa edukacije dece u osnovnim školama, kao i neusklađenost gradiva potrebama i uzrastu dece. Istraživanje je sprovedeno direktnim anketiranjem i prikazana je analiza odgovora anketiranih osoba na području opština Nova Varoš, Kuršumlija i u gradu Beogradu.

Abstract: Traffic accidents are one of the five main causes of children’s death in the world. In Serbia, in the last ten years (from 2003 to 2012) in traffic accidents 307 children were perished and 17 019 were injured. Research showed that children are the most vulnerable members of every society. Ignorance about safety behavior in traffic, inability to recognize dangerous situation and inability to learn how to participate safety in traffic are the consequences of their vulnerability. Part of this problem lies also in the lack of experience and information, underdeveloped physical body of the child and the way children are educated about this matter by their parents and teachers. Plan and program of educating children is not adapted to their needs, that is not carried out appropriately, with more games, practical exercises on the training ground, a number of lessons about the safety of children in traffic, more literature on the rules of safe behavior in traffic adapted to their age and better education teachers (receiving appropriate seminars, minimal knowledge of traffic safety ...). The case study is an analysis of the transport system of education for children from first to fourth grade. The aim of this paper is to point out the shortcomings of the education of children in primary schools, as well as inconsistency material needs and age of children. The survey was conducted by direct survey and shows the analysis of the responses of respondents in the municipalities of Nova Varos, Kursumlija and the city of Belgrade.
